My father was like crazy when my aunt told them I was and contacts for
this is not really a big problem, but think wat my dad. He thinks they are for the eyes, as if they are my eyes and lenses are poorly defects must be used instead. When I put on my glasses, I look like a geek or nerd (because I use the buttons)

Well, why your parents freak out on contacts? It's a bit weird, I think it overrreacting. My sister has contacts and is very good.
But if you will, unfortunately, have to listen to them. Even if you decide to pay for it, you have a recipe for them (I think) And if you need it, and I doubt that your parents so easily.
As for glasses, if you are sure, I doubt you'll look like a nerd too. But if you are not sure then yes, it is likely to happen.
And all this depends on the eyes. Wear contacts? You know, it's quite difficult to implement? At least that's what my sister told me that every day, so it keeps on glass, as it easier and faster.
Of course, the contacts could to make some people look better, but glasses are not the end of the world.
So basically no good and bad in this, onlyto consider the viewpoints of both sides and decide what is best, not who is right or wrong.
